Gordon Ramsay found it to be unorthodox to use orange zest in a potato mash and I was kicked off the MasterChef competition. I took it upon myself to recreate the infamous duck and orange zested potatoes, so you guys can be the judge and let me know if I did deserve to get the boot or not.
