Jalapeño Popper Dip
Serves 6-8
If you're like me and love spicy food then you are going to love this. Anytime I host a party this is my go to recipe when making a dip. Serve it with some fresh crudités or corn chips and it'll be a hit.
Ingredients:
16 oz room temperature cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise

6-8 jalapeños, seeded and minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp cumin
6 oz cheddar
1 cup panko bread crumbs
4 tbsp melted butter
1 cup parmesan
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp chili powder
Preheat oven to 375. Combine panko, parmesan, butter, parsley and chili powder, set aside. In a large bowl combine the cream cheese, mayo, jalapeños, garlic, cumin and cheddar. Spread into a baking dish or cast iron skillet. Top it with the panko mixture and bake for 25-30 minutes.
